    E3372h Unlock Problem. Help???

    Hi
    I have in hand Huawei E3372h which I finally repaired from soft bricked mode. But I cannot used it because the firmware is corrupted I think. Its non hilink version.

    Found Applications port COM28

    Found modem : E3372
    Model : Huawei E3372h
    IMEI : 866119024694383
    Serial NR. : G4PDW15416001567
    Firmware : 21.315.01.00.55
    Compile date / time : Apr 28 2016 17:33:33
    Hardware ver. : CL2E3372HM
    Dashboard version : UTPS23.015.05.11.143_MAC23.015.05.11.143
    SIM Lock status : Locked (Card Lock)
    Wrong codes entered : 0 (unlock attempts left : 10)

    Error code 37

    unlock failed !

    Can you help in this problem?? I need datalock code also. I cannot write firmware on it because datalock=1
    I know this stick is v4 auth
    Modem only live with that dashboard version in log (MTS Russian Dashboard, any other version loaded only download mode)

    You need to downgrade your Stick fist. If you are capable to read German or use Google Translate and all software solutions do nor work, try this: http://www.lteforum.at/mobilfunk/non...tml#post-72442

        Okay but downgrade is not possible. Device need DATALOCK code to do that. Flash code I have but when I input to modem and flashing will start, modem restarts and update wizard failed. This because of device DATALOCKED!
        I need to calculate DATALOCK code.
        The following commands need to read PATTERN from device:
        AT^NVRDEX=50502,0,128 This is for the OEM (datalock) code
        AT^NVRDEX=50503,0,128 This is for the NCK (network lock) code

        But this commands only accepted in 21.180.xx.xx and 21.200.xx.xx and Hilink versions 22.180.xx.xx and 22.200.xx.xx
        Other versions need DATALOCK code to upgrade downgrade unlock or anything. (Means device is hardlocked)

        If you have paid service to get DATALOCK code let me know im interested.

            Not supported for unlock either, we do not have list, but if you provide device detect info or basic info from it's dashboard we will be able to check it.

              Okay I understand. Because your method based on read code and auto enter to modem with AT codes I think, only lower versions supported only (described in earlier post) New firmwares have OEM DATALOCK which secure the NV data and unlock impossible without OEM unlock I think.
              If you have some paid service for OEM codes and/or NCK-s please let me know. Im interested. I think this devices uses Huawei latest 2016 database.

                  I figured it out this firmware version is German T-mobile firmware. If someone have this firmware please share with me here or please let me know. I need the correct German Telekom dashboard also with this if you have. I cannot found everywhere. First of all I need to get this device back to life.
                  Firmware: 21.315.01.00.55 (Speedstick LTE V from German Telekom)
                  Dashboard: 22.001.19.18.55 (Speedstick LTE V from German Telekom)
                  Dashboard: 22.001.19.16.55 (Speedstick LTE V from German Telekom)

                  please share me if you have this files.

                      Downgrade success!! By hardware method. Modem successfully unlocked with DC Now have all code. DATALOCK and NCK also by calculation.
                      Now modem live with Telekom Germany Dashboard. Lets see if I can unbrand it Normal Firmware & Normal Dashboard
