Dc unlock FRP doesn't work

Hi i tried to unlock the Frp on a Huawei p9. i buyed 15 credits for this and does not work help or reembolse please

Hello, please read before spending money on something you do not know what it does, not after you lose them. FRP unlock ONLY removes google account sign in request from boot up, it does not do absolutely anything else. If you received error during FRP unlock then refund/credit return possible, otherwise they are gone.

I did the same tutorial process, but my phone stuck on Huawei logo. I do not know what to do

Well then you have your phone bricked and FRP unlock won't help. We added back credits this time, can try reviving it with dc phoenix.

I have the same error. I have mate 9 and it says FRP lock, after "FRP UNLOCK DONE". Cant boot.
I try flashing the firmware whit DC Phoenix. And says "Not enough credits", The web says that i need 4, and i have 6.
Im pretty upset. Please refund.
My phone is dead PLEASE HELP, sorry for my bad english
