I am trying to unlock an Huawei F610 but I cannot get dc unlocker to pick the phone up and there is no option to generate code.
How can I get this unlocked?

in Modems i get Huawei mobile connect 3g modem,.

Make sure no other service is using phone. You have many devices installed as i see, you may as well do pc clean up from inatlled devices as many drivers may cause errors too. If you have another pc around can try from it too.

Hi have tried two other pc one XP and one windows 7, both are the same.
I have installing the drives from the phone auto play. Nothing seam to help at all.

Are you using auto detect though or still selecting ports manually with hand?

Do not use comment feature when replying, we do not get notifications for it, use Quote.

Please do this:

1. Restart DC-Unlocker software.
2. Go to Server tab, login (Must press “check log in” before continuing)
3. Detect your device. Try to unlock, after error do rest of the steps
4. Go to Options tab.
5. Click "Save log".
6. Send that file to me, please.

According to log file, your phone runs unsupported firmware which we won't be able to unlock. I've added credits you lost back to your account, if you do not plan to use them i can also check for refund possibility.
