Huawei E8372h Firmware Downgrade Error - How can I resolve?

Hi all, trying to downgrade my O2 locked Huawei H8372h using the DC locker firmware software and firmware files. Print out of effort below. I've tried using firmware 21.180.99.03.00 and 21.180.99.01.00 as directed in a couple of other posts. Any ideas how to resolve?

BTW - trying to download as the DC Unlocker software states the device can't be unlocked with the current firmware version,.

No to worry. Have given up and bought an unlocked device instead and request my credits are refunded (see 'credit refund request' under payments and refunds. Sold the locked device on eBay.
