Huawei P9 Lite Unlock failed - Original SIM now locked

Hello, I followed the process to unlock my P9 Lite but and reached the stage where the unblock code was given but then the phone turned off before the final screen saying phone was unlocked. I can now not use original SIM (Vodafone). I have tried entering the 14-digit unblock code on phone but this does not work. Please help.

Hello, thanks for your request. i actually resolved this.I am not sure why but after a couple of attempts to unlock the phone, the phone asked for one of the other x4 codes that the program had produced before it abruptly shut down - I think it was the NCK code. I enetered it and the phone was unlocked - result! Thanks.
