fastboot with FRP lock

Hi all,
If I buy credits for DC Phoenix, will it solve my Honor 5x KIW-UL00 issue - FRP lock renders fastboot useless. Here is a better description of my problem:

DC phoenix can flash phone regardles it has frp lock or not. Though there is no guarantee that flashing will help with whatever problem your phone has. Frp lock status in fastboot can be changed only from developer option in phone settings, not all phones has this option sadly, can check it here - https://www.dc-unlocker.com/huawei-phone-disable-frp
