    hello i have huawei p9 , i can flash with dc phoneix ? i have acces only in fastboot mode ! status . phone locked ,prf lock, i can fix this error? how much credit i need for flash the phone?

    You can flash while frp/bootloader are locked but they won;t remain unlocked after flashing. Need 15 credits.
