HUAWEI 5372 Unlock Problems

Hi

Bought a credit from DC Unlocker and been trying to unlock my modem. Below is the script. As u can see I do have credit but it wont unlock my modem.

Anybody got any suggestions? Im a newbie so pls excuse me if i have missed a step ...
