Hello, please i have a probleme with the huawei ec122 modem and windows 10.
The modem drivers and software are installed, and the modem is detected. But when i try to connect, it shows an error message 1062 like in the image below, and i don't know what service it is referring to ?
Do i need to upgrade the firmware or the drivers? and thank you all
