  • [HELP!] I completely bricked my Mate 8

    Hi,
after two days attempting to upgrade my Mate to Nougat with various troubles, now it seems totally bricked.
Dload method fails (black screen after reboot). Fastboot commands give me "FAILED (remote: Command not allowed)" also if I try to flash any single images (recovery.img, boot.img, system.img) extracted with Huawei Extractor soft from UPDATE.APP file, I get again "FAILED (remote: Command not allowed)".
When I try to unlock I get this: "FAILED (remote: Command not allowed)"
And if I try to relock I get: "FAILED (remote: stat not match)"
My code is right. I used it several times.
My Mate 8 is an AL10 rebranded to NXT-L29 time ago.
    DC-Phoenix could solve my problem??

Can try reviving it surely but no guarantee that it will work, something may still be damaged after you revive it depending on damage that was done earlier.

      OK.
      I'll try
What rom have I to use with DC Phoenix? I used NXT-L29C432B320 with Dload last time. Dload went to 100% but black screen after reboot

You should use stock rom - version should be one that phone came with when you bought it, then you have best chances at reviving it.

But DC Phoenix can work even if all commands I send to my phone give me back "FAILED (remote: Command not allowed)"?

Clear cache of the phone and then try to do update in upgrade mode from sd card or via dc-phoenix - https://www.dc-unlocker.com/DC-Phoen...epair-tutorial

I used DC Phoenix to flash NXT-L29C432B320 rom (with several "FAILED" messages anyway). Then I cleared cache and reflashed the rom from micro-sd card with dload method!!
I spent 3 days going mad trying to fix my phone...
I paid 15 Euros for yr soft but it was a good buy!!!
