My Huewai Datacard is network locked

I am getting series problem in my Huawei modem. This modem is of Airtel carrier. I have been using this modem since last 1-2 years and this is a 4G modem but when I try to use Relicance Jio sim into this modem then it shows no support for this sim card.

Then I process to unlock my datecard but after they unlocked my datacard. Then other carriers are working like Airtel, Vodafone, Idea etc but again Reliance Jio is not working. And he said that this may be problem with the sim card.

I already changed my Reliance Jio simcard and bought new one but this one also throwing same error. Requested to look into this. I also searched this issue on google and find some solutions to unlock 4G data card to use jio sime, please have a look at tubemate website. They are also giving some solution. Please check and tell me either they can make my Jio sim working.

Sorry we do not have such service, we just do unlocking. If you have connection issues refer to operator that you struggle to connect to.
