[E5730] Need new WebUI - no login possible after update

My device info:

Model : Huawei E5730

Firmware : 21.143.27.02.1217
Compile date / time : Jul 01 2014 14:12:28
Hardware ver. : CH1E5730SM
Dashboard version : WEBUI_17.100.09.03.03_NE5
SIM Lock status : unlocked
Wrong codes entered : 0 (unlock attempts left : 10)


I've updated to WebUI 17.100.09.03.03_NE5 and the login is not possible anymore. admin / admin is not working. Is there a way to fix this? Maybe WebUI downgrade?

The webserver config lists the hashed admin password but it is not possible to login

Any ideas?

Explained via live support chat. Probably as you say may be downgrade will help, if you have files you should probably ty it.

E5220s-1UPDATE_ I've updated to Update_WEBUI_17.100.14.01.03_NE5 and the login is not possible anymore. admin / admin is not working.

If you can not find it then probably will have to restore to previous version.
