Huawei mate 8 phone still locked after buying 8 credits

I followed the steps for my mate 8. My pc is Windows 10-64 bit. I have the hisuite install on the unit and the phone/ pc sync is seamless. I first paid 4cr to unlock the phone which it said it did but when I restarted the phone back to fast boot, it shows the phone is still locked. Please enlighten me on what I'm missing. I paid a total of 8cr and the phone is still locked.

I have a Huawei mate 8 - NXT-L29. When in fastboot mode, it shows FRP unlocked, but phone is locked. So as I tried the steps, it didn't unlock the phone. I'm on Windows 10 64 bit.

So you tried to unlock FRP or what, still do not understand.

I apologize, the bootloader is still locked on the phone even after paying to unlock it.

If phone is not bricked and fully working then try disabling all other security features on phone, from finger print to pattern lock whatever there is.
