I have a Huawei e8372h-510 locked to Personal Argentina. It was running firmware 21.200.07.00.00. I tried with dc-unlocker 1.00.1361 and it said it couldn't be unlocked, that I needed to downgrade the firmware.
Elsewhere I found a procedure to downgrade. I installed the drivers from "FcSerialDrv.zip", and the serial port switch script "E8372_switch_mode.zip"
I could succesfully enable the two COM ports.
Then I ran "P711s-WINGLE_Update_21.110.99.04.00.exe:" to downgrade the firmware. After that, the device seems bricked. It only turns on the third light steady and the first one blinking (SEE VIDEO https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YV2dNKso6-o). In the device manager it only shows three devices named "HUAWEI_MODEM" and the driver fails to load. I can't seem to reinstall the original firmware because I don't see the serial ports. I can't force it to serial port mode because I don't see the network adapter or the local home page. Is there any fix to this condition?
