E5372T (STC) not connecting to other netwrok after unlock

I have successfully unlocked my E5372T with the unlocker software and now the status reads unlocked. When I insert a sim from another network (Mobily) the device reads the sim but cannot connect to the internet. When I try to create a new profile with Mobily APN settings (APN= web2) I cannot save the new profile and it gives me error "This apn can not be used"

It is strange that the setting will accept web3, web4, ... etc, but will never accept web2 and web1 like it has been defined to the software or something.

Hello, sorry we won't be able to help with connection issues, try checking settings with operator of sim card. At worst it may be so that need to find generic dashboard, write into device and use from it.
