I Need Help on Huawei E5372

i need help on this Device: Huawei E5372

i write this firmware Huawei_E5372_Firmware_21.290.21.00.00_general.dgtk s on it
since then i cant access any menu on the device (the screen shows blank, just only network bar), even the
dashboard link http://192.168.8.1 or http://www.huaweimobilewifi.com/html/home.html it open but cant login, noting
will happen if i click settings (it will shows login screen but noting will click).
although , am still using it to connect since i have not reset it, (i dont want to loose the APN settings since i
cant enter the device settings).
i dont know maybe if i reset the device then all dashboard menu on the device will shows and i can login and
create my APN setting back ?

Seems you got bricked your modem, best chance is to try restore it with it's original firmware. Though now it may be not that simple if firmware you have flashed is not downgradable.
