Can not unlock

Hi,
I am unable to unlock my Huawei E303 modem.
The DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.1361 says the modem is unlocked.
However, when I put in a SIM card from another network, I still get the message the "Only specified SIM/USIM can be used on the device."
When I run the DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.1361 again, I get the message that it is locked.
What do I do?

Sadly we do not have such list. Info of one that you provided is not supported for unlock, sorry.

Model is supported, sadly your model version isn't, there are many of them.
