P9 Plus Problems

Hi, I own an Huawei P9 plus (VIE-L09).
It comes with firmware VIE-L09ITAC555B130.
When I tried to update from sd to ITAC555360 I got my phone stuck on erecovery mode. I tried everything but I only solved today with dc Phoenix using method 2 and then updating from sd card a C432B180 firmware.
Now my phone boot but I have 2 problems.
1-Serial number changed in 0123456789ABCDEF
2-In phone info cust is C900

I know I can fix problem 1 with hcu.
But I can't get cust C432, no matter what firmware I flash it ends in C900.
I don't know if changing vendor and country on hcu will fix this or if it can be done flashing something with dc Phoenix.

Any idea?
I prefer without twrp or root if possible.

I suppose clearing cache/wiping data gives no positive results for a change. Try flashing in fastboot mode same UPDATE.app file you used in upgrade mode.

Tried a factory reset and flashing again B180 in fastboot mode but the cust is still C900 and not C432, should I try changing vendor and country with hcu and reflashing B180 in fastboot?

EDIT: Solved! Changed vendor to hw and country to eu with hcu. Now cust is c432 and serial number is the original one, thanks for everything!
