If modem accept other provider sim card, then it is unlocked. Try to use not customized connection software from dc-unlocker web page. You can download it here: http://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads...mised_managers
Be sure your sim is working. Try to do manual search for networks in connection software.

OK..here what I did..I remove all the mobile connection and install the new one as advised...Mobile_Partner_11.030.01.07.03..Pop in the actual provider sim (Celcom)..no signal..try to do a manual search network..nothing appears..

I pop in another provider sim (Maxis)..on opening the mobile partner software..straight away detect the signal..try to connect with no problem..try to do manual search network..able to find the provider with status as registered..

Thought the actual sim faulty...pop into my iphone..can detect signal and can browse with no problem..

Could it be the firmware problem as it can't detect the actual provider signal..?? FYI the previous firmware and dashboard upgrade I did while the sim is inside the modem..could it cause anything like this..?? Where can I find another firmware version that I can try to flash the modem..?? Previously I downloaded the firmware from www.dc-files.com...

Could you try one more provider sim? I think it is sim problem. Sim may be working in phone, but not working in modem.
