I already bought a licences for DC Phoenix but it says my phone is unsupported and fails to flash, even if I can see it on the list of supported phones (I'm stuck in Error Mode Func NO: 15, Error NO: 1, but still can get to fastboot mode)

Sorry, we do not make such specific firmwares, you may select on DC-phoenix what partitions you want to flash and which you do not in advanced mode. Firmware version you are asking for already exists on support area.

Yes, this is the file. There is no such model as LX1, X stands for any number. There is not a single firmware released by Huawei for any LX1.
