            Have you tried to open DC-phoenix support area from DC-phoenix software and enter "DIG-" in search field?

              If phone does not flash in upgrade mode can try to reconnect it to pc while it is in upgrade mode and repeat flashing. Otherwise if still same need to repair vendor/country so they would match the firmware you flashing. If phone does not boot up which is necessary for these settings to be repaired then use method 2 from dc-phoenix guide.

                          Already available on support area. Note that Huawei does not release such firmwares as PRA-LX1 so make sure you search standard versions of same phone. that matches your region.

                            It's accessed from DC-phoenix only. In new support area, there is only search field. You type model name and you get list of files.
