Hi the DC-unlocker2 never found my modem (e3372) so I entered the IMEI and got the unlock code that way.
But the code did not work. Can I get a refund?

I tried to get the modem identified in three different PCs (win10) but it was never found.
I entered the above IMEI manually and got the code.

Before refund or credits adding back i must request proof of code not working then, make it a video etc with code entry failure, imei of device must be visible in it.Comment

1. As the modem cant be found by the software, I do not know how to do that.
2. And as I bought it with only two tries left, I gave up and went to the operator and let them unlock it.
So the problem is ultimately solved, but not by DC-Unlocker.
I have unlocked another modems earlier, so I now the codes usually work.
So it was a bit of a bummer that I now paid for unlocking the device twice. :/
