Hey there, I was trying to update the firmware manually on my e5786-62a and accidentally installed the 32a firmware variant on it. Now when it boot it runs for roughly 3 seconds (properly) and then just reboots. It does this over and over and then eventually goes to an installing screen and is frozen.
If I re-run the 32a firmware exes (1_E5786_Update_21.303.07.00.00.exe) they run fine to completion and are successful (although I have the constant restart issues). But when I try to run the 62a firmware exes (E5786_Update_21.270.99.05.00.exe) it will just freeze on installing and says it can't enter Download mode (error code 16 failed to switch the download mode). I've also tried using the Balong_USB_Downloader_1.0.1.10 but the constant rebooting of the device won't let me complete the install. Any thoughts or advice on this? Hopefully I didn't brick this thing... Thanks!
