Support expired need to renew need some information

Dear Support ,
my dongle support period expired , i want to renew it but need some information

1- can i use DC Phoenix? i want to flash huawei h60-l40 / is any further credits or activation is required to repair this phone?
2- Which softwares can i use without any further activation

2. Can use dc-unlocker client software that was released before support expired.

for using dc pheonix i need to renew support? Or just i can activate pheonix and use?
I dont want to use other softwares
