I cannot flash official full software using sdcard and 3 button method.
Bootloader also relocked itself.
Please assist I'm in C185 cust region.
What can I do?

You should use Full stock rom for flashing your phone.

Where can I get it? So full stock for VNS-L22 C185 XXX ? I'm not sure which later build to flash then?

Have you tried to flash same file in fastboot first?
