E5377t detect problem

Hi guys
I want to unlock my dvice it version is 21.295.03.00.401
Dc unlocker doesnt detect it
and show "no modem found"
once it detect correcty i unlocked and shown succesfully but its locked yet.
my important problem is detection
Why its not
in device manager there is no thing unknow and not installed

If it's detected as unlocked with unsupported sim inside means it is not locked. We can't help further as we do not have any more information about it's functionality or settings it must have on it's dashboard. If you have set correct APN on dashboard then you should check with sim operator if they are correct.
