HUAWEI GR5 KII-L23 Phone LOCKED FRP Lock!

Hi,

After a failed update via updater my phone keep restarting after boot. I did a hard reset and didnīt help.
I put the C469B340 upgrade package in dload folder in SD card and try to do a manual upgrade but it get stuck at 5% and then reboot with the same problem (reboot).
I got the bootloader unlock password from huawei and try to unlock the boot loader. It was unsuccesful.
I get nothing when I issue the command ADB DEVICES.
If I issue the command fastboot oem unlock PASSWORD_FROM_Huawei
I get this error FAILED (remote: Necessary to unlock FRP! Navigate to Settings > Developer op)
I canīt do that because my phone does not get that far (Keep on rebooting).
Do you think I can use DC-Unlocker to fix my phone?
