Huawei gr5 2017 ,, can't open application port ...

guys last night i tried everything.. i could install drivers i can open diagnostic port through the app
but can't open application port..
can you please give me some help?
I've read others answer about MODEM in use.. but what do you mean to stop modem activity? cause i don't use huawei as a modem.

Why you try to detect phone as modem? You should select Huawei phones from the list to begin with, correct procedure for detecting it can check here - https://www.dc-unlocker.com/huawei-a...n-unlock-guide

sorry i made that just to copy and paste the report.. i'm doing it again by choosing PHONES.. but i've getting some problems ! i read again procedures and if i've problems i'll report back , thank you !

P.S. if i install HISUITE and keep it.. doesn't matter if in "BACKGROUND SETTING " i choose " manufacture " .. it goes back to HUSUITE .. so i had to remove hisuite from my computer

FINALLY !!!!!!!!!!! after losing 2 days with it... basically what i did :
REMOVE all drivers again.. open ADB DEVEICES .. found my device, at that moment it installed by itself ADB ALCATEL drivers..
after reboot i installed drivers.. and FINALLY dc unlocker could seee my phone and get the bootloader code
