Try to use older dc phoenix version and try to flash factory firmware from support area.

Still same result, only identified as USBSER with yellow question mark. Only Driver with a minimal response in Phoenix is HUAWEI USBCOM 1.0, but fails. I need a testpoint image for MHA-L29/AL00

Older Phoenix Versions i have the not connected Error, it tells me not connected to Modem
Timeout getting info from file: on every File

Can you give me a proper driver to flash it? can you see anything in my logs ?

Sadly, but no. No info about testpoints for it.
