First to say hello to al community. Great forum !!!!!!.
My doubts are:
Modem usb E160 is the same as E160E????
Does the firmware from one suits to the other ?????
Is there anyway to wipe out the original branded software, and to install in it(E160E) and unbranded firmware, like mobile partner ?????? And thst it install automatically when you plug in the modem ?????. If yes where to find it please ????
I have been searching for that unbranded firmware, I did find one (or I think at least), but when I try to flash it, i get a message saying "Firmware source doesnt match firmware target" then ask me for a "password", I close application, dont want to ruin it.
One other model is the E1612, why i can not find any firmware to it??????
Or again does it belong to E16XX family ????
Any chance of putting in it mobile partner instead of the crap mobile operator one ??????.
Would be gratefull if some one can clarify me those points.
