Unlock UMTS bands on Huawei Union (Y538)

Hi,

Some time ago I unlocked my Huawei Y538 so I could use it for GSM. I was using HSPA with no problems with an AT&T SIM Card however today I tried to put a SIM card from MintSIM (T-Mobile MVNO) and I can only get connected with GPRS Edge.

I checked the phone specs and it seems that this phone only supports the 850 and 1900 Mhz bands for UMTS.

Is there a way for DC Unlocker to unlock the other UMTS bands on this phone (900, 1700, 2100 Mhz)?
