P10 - can't seem to unbrick but I can still flash!

So model number VTR-L09, I tried flashing a LOT of different supposed stock roms from all over the web and they all resulted in the same thing, the bootloop.

I used the VTR-AL00A file as the instructions said once the beginning matches it should work. It failed the first time on the last img file and on reboot went into a PANIC fastboot screen. I did it again and it worked fine but it's only bootlooping again. I can still flash, open update mode and fastboot.

I tried the stock partition package for the VTR-L09 and updating using the .app file but no app file seems to work for me.

Any guidance much appreciated.

If phone does not boot up after using factory firmware - damage is on hardware level most likely and only main board replacement could help in such case.

Thanks for the reply. You confirmed my nigling suspicion more than anything else. Unfortunate the problem only happened when the owner tried to root it. As you said though if the factory dpcgk doesn't work it's a problem that I can't rectify.
