Cant detect e5330

I have downloaded the latest version of dc-unlocker2client from here https://www.dc-unlocker.com/download...ocker_software
But it does not work , It always show me this message :

"DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.1381

Detecting modem :

selection :
manufacturer - Huawei modems
model - Auto detect (recommended)

modem not found !"

I have tried with 2 laptop , and two diffrent router , and I still have the same problem .
any suggestions ?
the router which I want to unblock is E5330Bs-2

If you can not detect modem, check this:
Make sure all drivers are installed or whatever else comes in device's drive
Make sure device is visible in device manager
Make sure modems connection software/WEBUI/Dashboard is installed, but not running. (if there is one)
Use Autodetect on DC-unlocker “select model” line.
Make sure modem is not connected to internet.

Make sure device’s gateway/IP does not duplicate with active adapter

OK I have dowenloaded and install this this

and then I have selected the type of my router and the port , it worked fine !!
Thank you very much , I will come back for another router

but I would like to ask , is the source which I have dowenloaded the WEBUI safe ? should I re-dowenload it from your web-site ?
the web interface of my router had fully changed .

We do not know if it's safe, it's not our page so do not know about security related to other pages. It's ok if it changed as long as device works.
