    ok, so i have managed to unlock my modem (e160g) though i am unsure of what to do next - should it now automatically work now with all sims or do i need to play around with some settings in the '3' dc manager?

    Dont play, just enter correct from first time

      this is the problem...., i thought i entered the settings correctly but still does not work! so now wondering if my SIM is incompatible?! will try a few over the next few days.

        Try to use other sim card too, maybe sim is not working.
