Well in phone settings I can't change the status, in this case with DC Phoenix I can flash my firmware from my PC (WAS-LX1AC113B130) in case in your database this rom no exist (certainly over FRP lock?) ?

Yes, you can flash it even if FRP is locked. I've uploaded now firmware you were looking for.
OMGGGGGGGGGGGGG IT WORKEDDDDDDD ur software is fu*** amazinggg. i have noticed only one thing now that i flashed Warsaw-L01A_C432B131_Firmware_Switzerland_Netherlands_Ita ly_Nonspecific_Android7.0_EMUI5.1.app it worked and booted perfectly but i dont have in the setting the update button and if i go to build number i see NRD90M test-keys .... what is that?

You need to flash update data customization file via fastboot after flashing full stock rom. repairing Country/vendor also may be necessary if they do not match to updata data customization file.
