Honor 5X KIW-L21 Stuck in Multicolor Screen

Good day everyone. I am hoping I can get some help here on a problem that has been bothering me for weeks. I have the KIW-L21 phone, and I recently did an OTA update on the phone, but it got stuck on Honor when booting and never went past it. No matter what I did, it won't move and factory reset failed. So, I went to Honor support website and downloaded the "Update.app" files for UK, France, and Europe General for it. So, far when I flash the UK and General Europe, it goes well, but then I get this screen (image attached) and it keep looping on optimizing Device from 0 to 100%.

The French Update.app won't even work. But I am stuck here. These are all official ROMs from Huawei's website. I wonder what am doing wrong.

I then downloaded DC-Unlocker in an attempt to Get the Bootloader code and maybe could Flash a Custom Recovery which will enable me to Flash a Custom ROM. However when I went under DC Unlocer, under Unlocking, I had no options there than to FRP reset or something. That wiped out the Phone and took all 15 Credits I bought. I was infuriated because that was not what the Tutorial said. I took it this was my fault, and bought another 15 Credits.

However, given the state of the phone, I am unable to do this step.
"IMPORTANT: Before proceeding, enable "manufacturer mode" on your phone. This is done by entering in dial pad code *#*#2846579#*#*, select "Project Menu", "Background settings", "USB ports settings", "Manufacture mode". Then connect it to PC and install drivers"

So, my question is this, how can I perform a Fastboot code retrieval, if I have no way of putting the phone in Manufacturer Mode?
And how can I find the EXACT Firmware that this phone needs, because the problem persists after I did the Firmware upgrade using DC Phoenix via Fastboot and Upgrade mode. Both issues persists.
Please Help. I am out 30 CREDITS already and the same issue persists.

1. Provide please link to what tutorial you was reading that gave you wrong information, we would need to fix it.
2. Your phone is bricked so no bootloader code reading option availale for you. (No way to enter manufacture mode)
3. We won't know what firmware was in your phone when it was purchased or before it became bricked. If you do not know it, then it's just guessing.
4. Think you should refer to method 2 from DC-phoenix guide as it suggests when method 1 does not work. If you provide your username we will be able to add credits back for you for further revival process that you need to complete.

Good Morning, and THANK YOU so much for your response. I was beginning to think I wouldn't get help.
I followed the unlock guide provided, and I believe I watched this video amongst many others from your site before I the error that ate the first 15 credits.

I will try method 2, but I have to be honest and say that I am quite confused by it. To elaborate, which image am I to pick for the KIW-L21? That would help me a lot with the rest of the process.

Also, another strange thing Valdemaras, When I used DC-Phoenix Beta, it read the Phone as being KIW-AL10, but the model on the back of the phone says KIW-L21. Granted, this phone was bought from China, used, and I wouldn't be shocked if they switched the board. Hence making it impossible to determine what to do should something like this happen. I have gone through 7 different ROMs from UK, Fr, Spanish, Europe General, AL10 from Huawei, and even the middle eastern one from you guys. No dice.

So, please assist me with Method 2 Image, and I will give it a try immediately.

Do not ever press buttons you see and do not know what they do, it never leads to good end.
There are 2 factory firmware files for KIW- available, can try one or both https://www.dc-unlocker.com/file-lis...tory_Firmwares (remember, phone MUST boot after flashing just factory firmware). For now do only step 1 from method 2 and report back with outcome, we will go from there.
If it's imprinted KIW-L21 then all, ok otherwise someone debranded your phone, not that it's bad just little bit more complicated.

I have gone ahead and used the KIW-L21 firmware file you linked and the phone booted up just fine. Now, can you please point me to which Factory image to use to get the phone back to working fully? So I can do the upgrade Mode Flashing. Thanks. I checked my credit and I still have 0. Any chance you will give me back some ? :-)

You need to use full stock rom of your phone that was in it before it got broken or when it was purchase. Added credits back that you lost during frp erase.
