Error to unlock bootloader P9

Hi all

Big trouble for me.
First I used DC phoenix cause I was blocked with a rom I put so I need a fresh format and start from the begining.
But When I used dc phoenix, I loose my imei from my phone, the bootloader was locked again and after after that was blocked again.
So I paid for dc unlocker 3 days licence plus credit to unlock the bootloader and so bad for me nothing work... :-(
Can you help me please?

First complete flashing phone until your full satisfaction only then try to repair phone numbers or something else on HCU.

I'm not quite sure what is wrong now with your phone. If you tell exactly what you want to do for your phone then will be able to direct you to guides that will help you.
