Huawei E303 problem with unlocking

Hi
I have problem unlocking Huawei E303 modem

Modem is with incompatible SIM inside

I installed drivers:

under Modem:
ZTE Proprietary USB Modem

under Com/LPT:
Huawei Diagnostics Device

But modem dont detects
When plug modem again it detects Ok but no any devices are in DeviceManager and appears browser page with text about entering code for unlock

Problem is:
For unlock with dongle i need internet access
But when i try open any internet page now it redirects me to modem page:

http://192.168.8.1/html/simlockrequired.html?index

So i even cant start DC with dongle, it redirects not to DC server but to modem page


How solve this??
