    the reset button on my huawei e5573s 320 does not work

    hello everyone

    this is my first post I have an issues with my modem huawei e5573s 320 I forgot the wifi password and the admin password I tried the reset button many time in many way 5s 10s 20s with battery without battery and wait a day after reseting same result it does not reset the modem.

    so i decide to restore by testpoint I install the pkgr firmware from dc-unlocker and update de software same result the password does not go away

    please anyone had the issue or know anything about this please let me know
