Honor 5c - bootloader

Hello there,
I have a Honor 5C NEM-L51C432.
My phone is stuck on the boot logo and does not load the OS. As a result i cannot enable usb debugging and i can't therefore enable oem unlock
This means i cannot unlock my bootloader.
Would the "Force huawei phone unlock bootloader" option, work? I'm guessing that because it says FORCE, it doesn't need usb debugging and oem unlock to be activated?
Please could you let me know if it will work for my phone. It could be the difference between fixing my phone or having a paper weight!
Also if anyone knows of any other method to fix my phone if this software cant, please, please post a reply here.
