Credits expiring without I can recover phone

On day 4 I bought 15 credit for using on DC Phoenix to recover my honor 8.

Could you please extend 1 more day because I'm getting some difficulty to recover the phone and my 72hiyrs will expire in some minutes....

Valdemaras, I've tried many times to recovery my honor 8 within the 3 days (72hours) without success...

I'm a active member, I donate backup files for 3 different phones to get hcu time license... But now I don't have more 15 credits to try again so could you please extend 1 day?
