Hi, i'm trying to erase FRP from Huawei 7 lite NEM-L21, after installing "Huawei driver pack" from your site, as well as installing HiSuite for additional drivers if needed - the DC Unlocker 2 tool fails to perform "Factory Reset Protection Erase" after successfully logging to the account and buying sufficient credits. The situation repeats in normal device boot and in fastboot mode
Could you please help me address the issue and perform the erase?
