Error Code 151

Attempted to unlock a second Huawei phone using the method shown in the tutorial on this site (First one did unlock no problem): https://www.dc-unlocker.com/huawei-a...m-unlock-guide

Got error code 151 and unlock failed.. credits gone. Any way to fix this?

Have you restarted software before unlocking second phone? You sure HiSuite did not launch or wasn;t already running in background? You may also try different USB slot and cable.

I restarted phone and software before unlocking, I did not unlock two phones in one sitting. The USB is set to Manufacture mode. Could you please provide credit reimbursement so I can try again?

Repeating unlock won't ask for new credits.

-i restart my pc and my phone
-check drivers, all OK
-HiSuite not running (neither in background)
-DC Unlock up to date
-phone had a factory reset
-change usb cable, change usb port
-manufacture mode, usb debugging is OK

Any idea?

This error is server overload and can repeat again or try later.

Please open the device manager and monitor what happens there during unlock time, does your device disappear from the Network adapters section and appear elsewhere? If it does, then please make a screenshot of where it appears in the device manager and we will check your problem further.

Yes, your counter appears to be blocked, therefore must detect a device with both com ports (try setting the application to COM220 and Diagnostics to COM221 manually after selecting a model from the field before detection then if detect continue further) and it is very unlikely that the reset counter will work on this model. Otherwise unlock is not possible on this unit with a blocked counter.
