Huawei AuthVer 4 modem (New)
It cannot using another unlock method like unlock code generate by AuthV4 algo is that right ?

Correct, no other method and no possibility to generate unlock code for it yet Sorry, but do not know who could help, maybe seller/distributor of device providing unlock codes.
