Huawei Honor 5C NEM-L51 Bricked

Hi my phone is bricked after flashing EliteRom.
Try get it back to stock but now phone is visible as NEM-L21 sometimes as generic a15 not as Nem-L51
I tired to flash using DC Phoenix In fastboot is flash ok but when is go to update mode is fail
Also with other update.app and variants is fail as well, i try to use HCU software to change info model about the phone but without success

Does your phone boot up normally after flashing it in fastboot with original full stock rom that phone had when it was purchased?
