I tried to use DC Phoenix to flash firmware but every single firmware i try, the same thing keeps happening. First the phone is stuck on installing update at 5%, it won't actually do anything, then on DC Phoenix it keeps crashing when it says waiting for phone to be in upgrade mode and the program becomes non-responsive. Please see the photos and advise accordingly. Thank you

Have you tried method 2? Because method 1 will work only in specific conditions which are explained in guide since as i understood you flash whatever you find it won't work for you no matter what. -
I have tried method 2 as well, after flashing the factory firmware, the phone boots up to a screen as shown in one of my photos where it is stuck at installing update 5%, then DC Phoenix crashes and my phone just gets stuck in a bootloop.Comment

If phone does not boot up after flashing only factory image, repairing by software chances are extremely low and problem possibly on hardware level.Comment
