    Dear Team,

now it's the second try to get the Huawei P9 Lite by my father to work.
I already did FRP erase, and tried the Firmware Recovery with DC Phoenix.
Worked, but now my Build Number is C900B161 and I'm not able to update to any other software.
Downloaded the C432B161 & C432B130 and tried to update with "Advanced Mode". Update says "Success".
Rebooted the phone with factory reset but the Build Number is still C900B161. What to do now?

You can only do that by reflashing phone from 0 that is method 2 in dc-phoenix guide. step 2 in method 2 should be the file you want your phone to have.

So I will try again with the "VNS-DL00_VNS-L21_VNS-L31_and_others_MAA001052_Factory_firmware.dgtks" file?
Right now I get the DC Phoenix error cannot connect to server :-(

At the moment servers are undergoing maintenance. Step 1 is facotry firmware, step 2 is firmware you want your phone to have when you complete repair.

Ok thanks, so first I will take the "VNS-DL00_VNS-L21_VNS-L31_and_others_MAA001052_Factory_firmware.dgtks" and after that I've got the "L31_C432B173_Firmware_Portugal_United_Kingdom_Ita ly_Switzerland_Android6.0_EMUI4.1.2.APP" file to try.

First I flashed the "VNS-DL00_VNS-L21_VNS-L31_and_others_MAA001052_Factory_firmware.dgtks" in Advanced Mode, after flash I disconnected from PC and let boot. After bootup complete I did shutdown. And flashed the "VNS-L31_C432B173_Firmware_Portugal_United_Kingdom_Ital y_Switzerland_Android6.0_EMUI4.1.2.APP" in Standard Mode with Upgrade Mode on Phone. I disconnected from PC and let boot. Bootup complete, but version is C900B173, whats wrong?

Have you flashed update data customization too or only full stock rom?

Only Full Stock, should i flash data after that without booting into system?
                  Any Wipe needed?

Flash data in fastboot mode. No wipe needed, at least it shouldn't be under normal circumstances.

Flashed in Advanced Mode, then flashed C432B173 Full in Standard Mode, then flashed hw_eu in Standard Mode, phone boots up and has C900, serial number not matching too.

Didn't work because of no credits it tells me, so I spent 45 bucks now, having no credits left for trying since two weeks repairing my fathers phone...
