    Refund, honor 9 do not call after complete update

    I would like to receive the refund, I lost my cell phone after the update by Phoenix dc the device simply does not call anymore nor does it recognize in the usb

      If it does not call it means you have corrupted your phones Modem NV partitions, which are not included on DC-phoenix as we do not touch them at all. In order to restore your phone you need to find backup from same exact phone model version and flash it into your phone.
