INQ chat 3g settings

I have recently bought the INQ Chat 3g from three, and have now got it unlocked and working on o2, however I can't access the internet on it at the moment, and I need to know what settings to enter. I am on a contract, with a 3g sim card and the unlimited internet bolt-on.
the settings I have tried with are:

CONNECT NAME: mobile web
ACCESS POINT NAME: mobile.o2.co.uk
AUTHENTICATION: normal
USER NAME: web
USER PASSWORD: password
IP ADDRESS: Automatic
PRIMARY DNS: Automatic
SECONDARY DNS: Automatic

There are then also streaming settings which I can set up, which are currently as follows:

DEFAULT ACCESS POINT: mobile web
STREAMING GATEWAY: off
QOS: off

When I try and browse the web, however, the only response I get is a popup saying
Code:
Server not found.

can anyone help me?
