P8 lite2017 phone relocked, frp lock: can unlock?

Hello,

after unlocking my bootloader and succesfully flashed TWRP, I had the bad idea to relock the bootloader. Now my phone can enter only fastboot mode or eRecovery (where it always fails to select a package for downloading). I tried the manual flashing mode to flash a UPDATE.APP file, but this method fails at 5%.

I think the memory is somehow locked and it does not allow erasing.

In fastboot mode the screen shows

PHONE RELOCKED
FRP LOCK

is dc-unlocker unlock able to unlock my phone and allow it to boot again? even a full reset is enough, no data to save.

what happens if dc phoenix does not work? could I get a refund?

I'm asking because I think phone memory seems locked and I'm not sure it a standard tool can really write/erase it.

If you follow through all the steps and it does not help and problem is on hardware level then yes, refund possible.
